I called three plumbers before contacting Howell and all three said they would be out the next morning to do the job, all three never called or showed up for work. However, the Howell guys showed up just like they said and finished the job in less then 30 minutes. I wish I would have called these guys first, they did a fine job and did not leave a mess afterwards and their price was reasonable.
Mike Howell's son of Mike Howell & Son is one of the worst plumbers in the area, and that's saying something in the Jefferson City area because the bar is pretty low in Jeff City when it comes to plumbers.
