I had a good experience with Trio. I had the water heater replaced. They gave me a time frame of 12-3 and they were actually right on time at 12. They worked quick, were clean, and accommodating. I had to move the unit over about 12" so they worked with me to get the unit set up where I wanted, and the extra plumbing to move the water lines was cleanly done. There was an added cost for the extra work but it was reasonable.

We bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s. Trio was the Lowe’s-provided installer. Trio installed dishwasher but we did not have a good understanding of what was covered by the installation. Trio offered to come back out and do additional work to meet our expectations, even though that work was not specified under the contract. We were happy to pay the labor and parts for the additional work and Trio did not charge us an additional trip charge. We appreciate their responsiveness to our concerns and would recommend them.

I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is poor, and their prices are sky high. They are very polite until you have an issue with their service or charges. Then they are nothing but defensive and nasty and threatening. I cannot speak to the quality of their work. Just the quality of their customer service.

Ordered a water heater from Lowes. They used Trio Plumbing for their installer. I admit, I was very cautious but wow...Trio Plumbing did an absolute amazing job. They installed perfectly bonded fittings, no missing pieces, no drops. I can't say they were the most personable people, but I don't really care about that stuff. It was installed quickly (they called the next day) and perfectly. Inspector came out today and passed it with flying colors. Kudos to these guys on water heater installs. EDIT: I believe it was Patrick who installed it. I'd have to look on my card at home he gave us. Very skilled
