I called this company at 8am for help with my hot water heater. Had to leave a message for a callback regarding my issue, but after 7 hrs, still haven't received a reply. Apparently this company is not interested in new customers. Must be very busy! Dont bother calling this company as they have enough customers and dont need anyone else.!!!
Very nice
VERY disappointed. I needed EMERGENCY repairs, for a major leak. After a week and a half, shows up once. Takes a look, says he needs a part and will be back tomorrow. Never calls, never shows. I've left repeated messages, our landlady has left repeated messages (for some reason, she insists we can't use anyone else)... Three weeks later, my still isn't fixed. Terrible business, terrible experience. If you have a choice, try ANYONE else.
We have water!!! I couldn't have ask for better service. I called at 8 am, they were there by 9, assessed the problem and it was fixed by 6 pm. Oh and did I mention this was the day before Thanksgiving and I'm sure there family was patiently waiting. Thanks Advance.
