Had a major drain issue with the washing machine. Quoted me 8 hours, it only took them 2. Fidel brought his whole group and they tackled it quick and professional.

Do not use these plumbers! Call them to do a job for me...did it wrong....called them back cuz i had NO hot water to my upstairs.....did though to my downstairs.....they tried telling me i needed a NEW hot water tank, but they're guy hooked pipes up wrong. when speaking to the lady who sets appointments....told her if i needed a new water tank, i'd buy my own...she didnt listen and sent one with the guys when they came back to see why i had only hot water in part of my house. the guys commented that the way it was hooked up was damaging to my hot water tank, again this was done by another guy they had sent the first time. the 2nd set of guys redone the work and 1 commented that because it was hooked up wrong the first time i shouldnt have to pay.....Low and behold they sent me a bill.. I HAVE TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES ...IM NOT PAYING IT AND THEY STILL KEEP SENDING IT TO ME....I CANT WAIT TO EXPLAIN THIS TO A JUDGE..DO NOT USE THEM!
