I purchased new carpet and Pergo floors that supposedly had "Free" installation. The carpet install looks hideous, and now they want me to spend an additional $1,200 to grind the basement floor. If grinding is required 99% of the time it should be discussed upfront, NOT after the old carpet is removed and the installer is there!
