I'm new to working with Purcell Plumbing & Heating, but Becky sure has been able to help me out with the different services that they offer. Great customer service as well.

I recommend not using this plumbing service. They are a rip off and over charge. Look around before using them. Save yourself some money!!

Tried to stop there today since the Hours on Google says they are open from 9am to 5pm (Saturday). However the store was closed both at 9:30am and 10:20am. Please update hours for your company. Supposedly they are open from 9am to 5pm tomorrow (Sunday) too and I will have to try again tomorrow (Sunday) morning.

Visited the retail store in the plumbery. Did not see pvc dwv fittings. Must be in the shop. Nobody would assist me. There jobs they do are okay. Didn't feel welcome at the plumbery!

I needed a water heater installed. The plumbing work was good, however I was disappointed by the logistics of the job. I confirmed when I made the appointment that I wanted to be called 30 minutes before the plumber was to arrive. The man on the phone said he would have the plumber do that. The next day the plumber showed up at about 8:15 AM while I was in the shower and I was never called. I wanted them to call so that I could personally drain the previous water heater thus limiting the time that I would be charged for the job. The plumber spent about 40 minutes doing what I wanted to do myself (His hose was frozen so he had to thaw it out and then he had to drain the water heater).
