Stay far away from Bob Ryan from Ryan mechanical. I paid them over $4,000 to repair my hot water in my home over 5 separate visits. They stopped taking my calls after Bob gave me his word he would resolve the issue. The plumber attempted the repair on a Saturday and brought his dog that attacked my guest and drew blood. Now, 3 month’s later they refuse to return my calls after Bob “gave me his word” they wold take care of the problem. Check the Better Business Bureau for complaints, I just filed the first one of my life to try and address this problem. Terrible company. Terrible service. Their plumbers lack the ability to diagnose and repair problems. Stay far far away.
