What a great company! I called Brad to help choose a replacement furnace for our aging original one. He came over right away, and we spoke of what would be ideal for our home, needs and budget. Brad was very experienced and knowledgeable, and didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't need or want. I was impressed on Installation day with how careful he was moving throughout our home, laying down clean protective blankets anywhere he need to walk on our carpets. New furnace is now installed and running perfect! We are very glad we called Brad and have Northland Aire as our HVAC company. Thank you!
Had the guy come out to our business to look at our furnace and tell us what was wrong? The grumpy old man took it upon himself to install one of his overly priced igniators and say we need a new board? We never told him to install anything and when we told him took it upon himself to take his igniator back out and just leave furnace tore apart. So I get home from a day of hard day of tending block to see his mess!! I put are igniator back in think worked fine light up but wouldn't stay running. Hired a honest non lazy new guy. Never again with this chump!!!
Timely and very Honest,Reasonable cost repair. Our new Heating and Cooling Company.
What a joke. My furnace went out on me at midnight 3/5/18. Called the "24 hour emergency" number at 2:00 am with no answer so I left a voice mail. Finally received a phone call at 7:00 the next morning. At that time he explained to my wife (quite rudely) "you thought I would actually come out in the middle of a snow storm?" (Side note: we had 4" of snow overnight and he is located less than 2 miles from my house). Isn't that what 24 hour emergency service is?? He then proceeded to tell my wife "good luck getting anyone to come out and service your furnace at that time of the night." Guess what, Scandia Heating and Air did. They came out assessed the problem and had a new furnace installed in less than 24 hours. So glad this jack@ didn't show up; got much better customer service from their competitor. I have been in customer service for more than 18 years and can't imagine speaking to a customer this way. A simple "sorry i missed your phone call" would have been enough, but to degrade my wife on the phone, how rude.
BEWARE! Just plain dishonest and deceitful. Surely wouldn’t recommend.
