I'm having an electrical issue with my septic alarm. I called this company to see if they could come out and fix it. The woman who answered the phone said she'd talk to the guy that pumped my tank last year (that was the first time I had hired this co) and then she'd call me back. A WEEK later and I still hadn't heard a word from anyone. So I call them back to find out what's going on, she asks me if I know of any electricians I can hire. I tell her no, she tells me they have a few they work with and that she'll see if she can find one that can come out and take a look and she'll call me back. That was two business day's ago and, again, no one has called me back yet. It's pretty apparent at this point that I'm getting the run around and I'm going to have to go elsewhere. This company has such good reviews that I really expected they'd treat me better than that. I need to have this issue fixed but I guess I'll have to hire someone else to do it. I won't be doing any more future business with Olson's.
I called for information on addressing a very old backed up septic system at a parent's house. They spent lots of time with me on the phone laying out several options from service to repair to replacement. It helped me make the best short term decision and know who to contact for designing a replacement system. I will definitely use them when it is time to replace the system as well.
Olson's has worked at my house multiple times, always with a smile and professional service. They are fair and understanding of issues and costs to home owners! 5 Stars to this team from the office staff and owners to the truck teams!
