Patrick showed up later then expected however he was previously occupied by customers so I was not upset. I understand it's a busy profession. Patrick was very professional and honest. He recommended to our home warranty company that our water heater be replaced and the next day he had already gotten approval. He'll be here next week to install the new water heater. I'm very grateful to have had Patrick come to our aid.

Hawk’s Services provided excellent customer communication. Our AC stopped working during the very hot & humid holiday weekend. They got back to me efficiently & offered an appointment time for the very next day. Patrick was AMAZING!! I wish I would have known about him three years ago when the leak was first discovered and only PARTIALLY fixed! Appointment available same week I called, He was on time gave thourgh estimate with choice of how much I wanted to do. He was polite and looked at a few other things I asked did not seem rushed. Price seems reasonable

Due to unforeseen circumstances he was unable to make the appointment, he kept me notified and informed of the delay. We had to reschedule for the following day he was right on time and had the job done quickly and thoroughly. I love my new Dishwasher.
