I was very pleased with the service provided for a clogged drain. Trevor Gustafson was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He reviewed the options available to remedy the problem and took the time to explain the process as he worked. He was a pleasure to work with and I was appreciative of his commitment to provide his highest level of service. He lives out Mr. Rooter’s business model, representing his company well.

Alright, I'm typically too lazy to create reviews, but I got great service, and I was prompted so I might as well. Trevor came over to my trailer to fix a water line. Now despite the price making my bank account sad(yay for financing), I felt that I at least got everything out of the experience that I could. Trevor answered all of my questions in detail. The work came with a complimentary inspection and considering a lot of things are poorly rigged in trailers, I was grateful for that. I'm a very inquisitive person and Trevor was right on the ball. Also, he laughed at my jokes so all in all he made the frustrating experience(of having not had water) much more tolerable.

I am very disappointed with this company. I had requested an appointment last week. Since that initial appointment was scheduled, we have been contacted twice by them, requesting that our appointment be delayed (two or three days) each time. They seem to think that their customers can simply change their schedules at a moments notice. When I asked why the appointment was being changed their reasons were quite vague saying some jobs that they were working on the day prior to our appointment were too involved or that the technicians had a meeting they needed to attend. They advertise emergency services but I cannot see how they could provide emergency service when they can't even adjust their schedules to accommodate their scheduled appointments. I would strongly recommend finding a different plumber unless you are willing to wait around for them to show up whenever they feel like working!
