J-Berd

My son was injured on the job and sent home because of his injury. He was paid approximately $37 through workers comp insurance. Jberd then cancelled his company sponsored insurance leaving him with approximately $9,000 in medical bill debt. Upon me calling them, they said they would resolve the situation. They never returned my call. They also promised company trucks would take you to the job sites. Not true! My son had to drive many times to job sites using his own vehicle. Gas and mileage were not reimbursed.

Such a welcoming company. From the first day I started at J-Berd everyone has been extremely helpful and willing to answer any of my questions. Teamwork, strong work ethic, and opportunity are just a few things that help foster such a positive work environment.I cannot wait wait to see what the future holds for me and my career at J-Berd.

Treat their hard working employees poorly and will harass them. If you dont step on people and join the crowd kicking the weak, you will not fit in here, and if you do not fit in you will be 100% miserable working with 5 or 6 raunchy overgrown teenagers. On one occasion my 53yr old foreman showed up on a Thursday morning 2hrs late with two other employees who came in and worked while he got paid to sleep in the company van burning gas. Then finally left early with the two employees a fee hours later while we continued to work. He was extremely hungover. I found this to be very pathetic leadership, But this is the same guy who got me fired for being one minute late.

Since I have started for this company they have only showed me that they think of there employees like family but they ask alot of us but it is worth it
