Very excited and pleased to have a Kinetico Whole House Soft Water and Water Treatment system in my home. I had one in a previous home many years ago and truly missed soft and treated water. Bob was very professional, clean, considerate and kind while installing the system. He answered my questions, chose a fabulous location to install the system and explained how they system works, how to change the filters, etc. after the installation was complete. Great customer service from the first phone call with Aaron to the install with Bob. Each time I called Aaron was happy to answer my questions, never felt pressured. Bob was great with the install, very nice, detailed work, made sure to make sure he had the drain pipe in a place that is best suited for my basement and that it wouldn't be in my way. Very nice and explained how it works and answered any questions I had. Made sure he cleaned up anything that needed. He didn't just install and get out. I am very happy I made the switch.
