We were desperate to find help on a FREEZING cold Saturday morning in February, as we were in Boise, Idaho when our renter called and informed us of broken water pipes. The ONLY person to call us back of six Owatonna plumbers was Steve. He repaired it efficiently and for 1/3 of what we expected for an emergency call. We will be usig Stoyke’s Plumbing services for EVERYTHING from this point forward!!

Stoyk's Plumbing has performed plumbing work within our large manufacturing/industrial facility for years. Steve is great to work with, professional, and extremely reliable to meet critical schedules and demands of both operations and employees. Steve is great to help develop the right action plan and schedule up front, which allows all parties involved to rely on one another and avoid the unwanted surprises and disruptions. No one has been more responsive or reliable, even for the little things.

I hired Steve to do a basement rough in. We discussed putting shut off valves on the water supply lines and the installation of a tub drain. The work passed the inspection but he didn't install the shut off valves and the drain was in the wrong location. When I notified him of the problem, he became argumentative and condescending. He offered no attempt to make it right and moreover refused to admit he made a mistake even after I sent him a picture with a tape measure showing the error. I'm not a professional but I know you can't argue with a tape measure and win. I was very disappointed in his behavior and expected much better customer service from a small business owner.
