Generally do good work except when they installed the wrong water heater for my floor heat. It took 2 more plumbers to figure that out and then they took zero credit or effort to fix their mistake. So now we are without our floor heat until this water heater dies.

Don’t even deserve one star, drug out my boiler replacement for 6 months, never completed the job, never hauled away what they were supposed to. Never received a single invoice or phone call from them in 3 YEARS and now they’re trying to get their money.

My power-vented water heater started leaking and I called local plumbers to for replacement quotes. Wencl quoted a high quality Bradford White at a fair installed price, and was able to do the job quickly. They worked quickly (removal and new installation in under 2 hours!), cleaned up after themselves, and followed up to make sure everything was working as expected. It's been a pleasure working with Wencl and I will absolutely call them again for my future Plumbing and HVAC needs.

This is literally my first google review. Had to have a boiler inspection done last minute to finish a real estate deal. Since it was urgent I was half expecting to get gouged. Instead, Sam, the owner, came out and he didn’t even charge me. I was shocked. You could tell he wanted to help, he told me how to do maintenance. Super friendly and knowledgeable, definitely won me as a future customer.
