Bob replaced a water softener at my in-laws' house and did a spectacular job! While there, he found that they had an issue with their water heater and assisted them in getting it replaced. They were very happy with Bob and liked him very much! Bob is a very nice person!

Well, I thankfully haven't use their services and I sure won't. Whoever they have driving their ban with a HUGE logo with the their Company name and phone number on it, almost hit my car because he decided it was a great idea to drive in between lines in a parking lot. And then he just sarcastically laughed. So, I called the number on the ban and the person who answered was as careless as the driver, just said, thanks for calling. What the hell???? I had a 3 years old in my car you irresponsible idiot. I sure hope this review is seen by parents and grandparents and that NO BODY hires your services ever again.

This was my first time using Bob's Plumbing. Installation and removal of water heater and water softener. He made it look easy, he cleaned up after himself and charged a very reasonable price. Answered all my questions, gave me some pointers...GREAT JOB!!
