Doug was amazing! He was so approachable and knowledgeable answering all my questions. Friendly and kind. High quality install with a great price. Very quick, organized, and clean. Toilet repair-with remove/reset and also highly technical secondary shut off valves and copper piping to the entire house, and now the outside hose spicket works. It is very hard to find such a great professional plumber like Doug. I am so thankful my wife and I found Weston Plumbing! Fast, affordable, responsive, and cleanly, Doug Weston's repair of my shower cartridge and a leaky faucet was such a positive experience, we plan on hiring him when we renovate our 40-year-old bathroom. Our shower knob had started leaking out the front and back. He was recommended by another plumber who was booked for the week, and are we grateful for the recommendation! Doug was pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly. I had sent a picture, so he came prepared and was done quickly. As an added bonus, he didn't have that cigarette smell many plumbers have. As someone who is allergic to cigarettes, that made it easier to work with him. Additionally, he was happy to schedule me in and do a little job--not all plumbers are willing to bother with something so minor. Plus, it cost less than the last time we had the cartridge replaced! I'll happily recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing repairs.
