Bill stopped by on his way home, and replaced pressure relief valve in water heater in like 10 minutes! Great, great great! He knows a lot of the older houses in the area, of which mine was one, so that may have helped that he knew previous owner. Still great, cant say it enough! Hadn't had hot water since day after Christmas 2017! Pipes thawed 1/8/2018. Valve was leaking, had 2 shut h2o off. Thanks to Bill, hot flowing again!
Called Bill late in the day today because my boiler stopped working... he was out within a half hour... took a little diagnosis to find the problem... but he figured it out and now it's running perfectly.. Very reasonable charge for the service call. Highly recommended..
