Our 28 year old water heater needed to be replaced immediately as it had rusted out on a Saturday night. BF Plumbing was there by noon the following Monday with a new, up to date water heater. We've had no problems thus far. The serviceman was courteous and worked hard to get the heater in as quickly as possible on a very hot day.

Jesse was prompt and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the water softener we had and tried multiple options to repair/salvage it before suggesting it was time for a new one. When I decided it was best to just get a new one, Jesse showed me 4 different price points of water softeners. I am more than happy with the service we were provided and will call Ben Frankin and ask for Jesse from now on!

Jesse with Benjamin Franklin has been out to my house to help with all of my plumbing needs since the first year I moved into my home. He definitely provides his company with a good reputation of fast and friendly service. He is very forthright with cost estimates and is very respectful of your time and money; he's down to earth regarding what fixes are worth your time and covers all the options you do have. He also tolerated all of my questions and hovering when I felt like I had so much to learn about owning my first home. AND- everyone answering the phone and helping schedule appointments have all been very kind as well! I really recommend working with this group!

Tom was great. He faced several challenges while replacing our water heater but he did them with no complaints and stayed late until the job wad completed.
