Called for a clean out and simple inspection. They were able to come out the same week. Arrived during the specified time and were knowledgeable and friendly. Price was on par with what I expected. Overall a good experience.
We paid $305 for a 40 minute clean out & were advised to run the camera to assess the pipes. Verbally, we were told " the camera is $295 but we'll give you a discount since you had to pay $305". Upon return, AFTER the camera was run, we were told there was a 2 hour minimum! It took them 20 minutes and our "discount" was $325. Made SURE you get estimates on paper!
The people that came out were knowledgeable and professional -- no problems there, but the fee they charged is ridiculous, over $500 per hour for just their labor.
