Do not use this company. They are not honest. The work was performed on 12/26/2018, but then the bill show up and have additional charges on 12/27/2018. Then I called on the wrongful charge, then the receptionist explained that the double charge was because there were two plumber there. Lol, what a joke. If I don't argue with them they won't correct the charge. In addition, they are so expensive. They charge trip fee, and the trip fee do not cover any labor. Any additional labor is $160. What a joke.
I had roots in my sewer line and they sent Keith who couldn't get the job done. Charged me $164 and I had to go rent a drain cleaner and do it myself.
I needed the main sewer line cleaned out unexpectedly one early morning and not long after my call I had a guy here. He explained everything I needed to know about my situation and cleaned out the drainage pipe, it wasn't an easy job for him because he had to bring the heavy equipment through my kitchen and living room and down very narrow stairs to the basement. He was careful not to damage any walls, door jambs and protected the flooring with drop clothes. They also gave me 10% off my bill and offered to bill me for convenience. Thank you Roto Rooter, great service, your customer representative who took my call and the service technician have gained a new loyal customer and will recommend your services in the future.
Bob Dessens came out and inspected our drain tile in our sump basin to be sure everything was working appropriately (it was). He was very personable and thorough in explaining the nuances of drain tile inspections. He was successfully able to run a camera throughout the entire drain tile system and point out where the drain tile ran around the house and ended. I highly recommend roto rooter (Bob specifically) for this type of inspection!
Took the day off work to make appointment work. They didn’t bother to show up or call. Called the following day and was told they were busy. Terrible service. Do not use call another company.
