Thirdly, they will answer your questions about units patiently and professionally. Fourthly, they will offer an honestly and detailed report about checking for what are they going on and what parts do not work perfectly.

The technicians did an excellent job. The diagnosed the problem and provided us with their solution. 3 hours later our AC was working. We appreciated them taking the time to explain the issue, what they were going to do, and getting the task done so quickly. Also thanks to Tonna for providing us technicians so quickly to fix our AC.
