Tony's Appliance

My husband went in looking for a new water heater on Wednesday and we were scheduled for installation the following Monday! The team at the store was very helpful in the initial part of this process, as we are new homeowners. The installation took about an hour, and the guys even arrived early! They were both very nice and professional, and described the follow up process with the city in detail. The appliance and labor was competitively priced, if not better than other companies and chain stores in the area. We were very happy overall and will come back to Tony's for our next appliance purchase!

This was our first experience using Tony’s appliance. I have nothing but good things to say. Everything was very professional from the first call to the completion of our dryer repair. They were able to make the appointment in a timely manner and set a window between 10-1pm. I got a call from the technician and he was here right at 10am. He was extremely courteous and found the problem immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again

Can't say enough good things about Tony's. They've been repairing our old appliances for the past 20 years. There has never been a push or hard sell for us to replace an appliance when it can be fixed. However, we recently ran into a situation where our oven died and had to be replaced. Without going into the details, it turned out to be really hard to find a replacement that would fit and even that was no easy task. It looked like we might have to tear out cabinetry. Tony measured once, twice and re-measured again and then went back to the store to measure the actual pieces in the one potential replacement. It was close but it worked and we are so thankful for Tony being willing to go the extra mile for us. You can trust Tony's.

Terrible service. My family is sick with carbon monoxide poisoning and my landlord had tonys(Which is an APPLIANCE company) come out and deal with a GAS and carbon monoxide related issue. Then my family decided to call centrepoint and have them come out, and Tony's was wrong two times, different people from center point came out and detected a gas leak and a carbon monoxide issue and Tony's employee said ph there is nothing wrong with it even though he did not fully inspect it and was unequipped for a gas issue. I do not recommend Tony's for your own safety. The second time you guys came out you did not even check the GAS operated dryer and my landlord expects us to buy carbon monoxide detectors even though since it is a gas operated house, it should have already have one. And no fire extinguisher which all homes should be equipped with one. First time my landlord said that you guys said there is nothing wrong and charged for the service call.

No one likes the thought of an appliance expense. I contacted Tony's for a dryer repair or replace. Speed of appointment, quality of service, follow up with a new part etc was exceptional. They offered me options and cost estimates of new, or repair, explained the work etc. I really felt they tried to arrive at the best solution for me. Total confidence in their approach and work. I strongly suggest starting with Tony's for virtually any appliance need you have.
