US Bath Systems

I enjoyed my experience with US Bath Systems. The team was very respectful: gave me times of their arrival, updates, and cleaned up before leaving everyday. My only complaint or issue was regarding my shower door. I was told it was going to be installed on a certain day and when they day came, no one showed up or even bothered to call me. I ended up waiting 2 days for my shower door to be installed. I had no idea when they were going to show up as no one called or emailed me back. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the finished product.

High quality materials and workmanship. No complaints about team who did actual remodeling work, they were efficient, skilled, friendly and professional. Remodeling team adapted to an obstacle that resulted from an incorrect measurement done by initial measuring-team same-day with on-site materials efficiently and effectively. Work site was completely 100% cleaned up. There was no accidental damage to other parts of house. Pretty good turnaround time from initial scheduling to work completion. Prior to having someone come out for an on-site consultation and price quote: be ready with your project plan guidelines, budgetary limitations, and be ready to make a decision to proceed if project quote is satisfactory. If you aren't ready to make a decision of if you want to proceed during the initial consultation while the sales person is on-site in your home for their first visit, your costs for the project will be significantly higher.

I told them this bath room is for my baby and I need water proof floor! And then this crack appears just in 1 month after I did this bathroom, the funny thing is because of the litter water on the mat. Is not my baby’s splash the water, cause she still dont know how to????????????

They did a great job! The crew was conscientious in their workmanship and cleaned up daily. They were excellent in designing a plan that would fit our needs and was in our budget.

Extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and products used by US Bath in my tub to shower conversion! My shower is beautiful!!!
