Ryan our technician was very professional and personable right up front. He mad some great suggestions based our quick needs and completed the work efficiently. He came back the next day to finish another job i requested and he knocked it out of the park once again with his suggestions and finished job. Thanks for all you did Ryan

Alex was fantastic. He was very professional, thorough, and solved our problem. However, the pricing is outrageous. In addition to another charge, we were charged $189 to put a small piece of foam around a pipe, which took less than 10 minutes. I will be looking elsewhere for future plumbing needs. Update: I was told I would be receiving a partial refund as part of their membership program within about 3 business days. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and still no refund. I called 2 days ago and was told I would be contacted by someone, which never happened. Terrible company! Second Update: Alex was extremely helpful in resolving the billing issues. 5 stars for Alex! Customer service and billing/accounting -- 1 star.

My appointment was still 5 days away, but they had a cancellation and called me to see if today would work. It did and they showed up a few hours later. Loved that. Technician was courteous, did a thorough analysis of the plumbing through my entire house (not just the problem I called about), diagnosed the problem and offered a range of solutions. He addressed special questions and concerns I had and was very customer centered. Great experience!

Tyler was able to communicate to me the specifics of the problems found with the AC in terms I could understand. The pictures on the tablet are very helpful also. He was friendly, efficient and professional. An excellent representative of your company.
