I called in a panic after my sewer backed up in my basement. He immediately was kind and calm and reassuring. He came out within an hour and not only fixed my plumbing problem, but also provided helpful advice for the future. I will definitely use Callahan again (hopefully not for the same issue) and would recommend to anyone!

We had just moved into our home a week ago when the sewer backed up last night. I'd called two different plumbers, but Jeff was the first one to return my call. He arrived within two hours and he had quite a chore ahead of him. The house had been empty for over two years and tree roots had taken over the sewer pipe. He worked at it for over two hours clearing massive root balls, gave us suggestions on how to prevent future issues and the bill was incredibly reasonable. I had dealt with chronic tree root problems at our former residence in another town and had paid far more in times past. The whole time he was extremely curteous and nice. I hope I don't need his services again but if I do I will definitely be calling them again. I highly recommend them.
