They were very professional. Took the time to wait and make sure that the fix on my toilet worked. Very easy to work with as well.

AWFUL!! We had someone come to our house to fix our backed up sewer on Friday and by Sunday morning it was backed up again. Called for them to come and fix the issue since it was less than 36hrs since they had come the first time and they refused to come back unless we wanted to pay more after already paying an arm and a leg. Would NEVER use them again.

I am a single mother of seven that is in school full time. I had to borrowed the money to pay for the plumber to come out here.$155. For a job that took 22 minutes. I called had Patterson plumbing and they sent some guy named Mike out. He sneak one of the 5 drains in my basement and left. Now my sewer is backed up again. Less than a week later. Patterson Plumbing says that I have to call Mike. And of course I can't get Mike to answer the phone or call me back. Patterson told me that, sneaking the drains isn't guaranteed. And I don't have money to pay them to come back out. Or to hire somebody new. So they not only took my money but, my children and I have to sit in a house with the smell of the sewer in the basement!

Seems Dave has had to return to fix errors his employees made. Difficult to reach on the phone. Doesn't return calls. Still have plumbing needs to be done. Will be calling someone else.
