Always great to work with, never an issue. Julie has always been great answering my questions and taking care of us.

The septic service provided itself was great but the receptionist, Julie, is very rude and temperamental. I accidentally sent a payment resulting in a $100 credit balance on my account and called to ask for my credit balance to be sent to me. Julie acted like it was a huge inconvenience but ultimately said she would send it. I live in fargo, an hour away from Detroit lakes. After two weeks I hadn’t received a check so I called again and was yelled at by Julie as soon as I kindly mentioned I still hadn’t received a check. Julie said she sent it and she didn’t know why the mail is so horribly bad but she would send another one and just tear up the other one when I receive it. Another two weeks went by and again no check so I called. As soon as I announced who was calling Julie immediately got defensive and said she sent two checks now and she’s not going to send another one and hung up on me! I called her back but she wouldn’t answer so I left a message and said I would be stopping by the place of business in a week to get my money and I would be contacting the owner of the business as well. Then julie called me back in a very nice voice and said the call was dropped - she didn’t hang up on me. Yeah right! Then Julie sweetly said she would send another check. I have no doubt I will get this one. Unfortunately because of this experience we will never use Art’s Septic service again even though it was perfectly fine. Julie is a horrible representative for their business.

I called on a Sunday and got the most rudest person i ever met . called competitor and they will come in 3 hrs they said maybe in 3 days we ll get there
