I was contacted by Todd after he learned of my interest in the system. I had a system 20+ yrs ago & loved it. I purchased the system for my son. We had to drill a new well a winter ago, & found out we have twice the allotted amt in our water. We can now safely drink the water. Our old hot water heater was all rusted out when they carried it out the door. Our service technician Mike, was a gem. Highly recommend this outfit.

I can't rave enough about this company! My cabin desperately needed soft water. I did a lot of research and, even though it is costly, kinetico water systems are by far the best. My agent, Todd came out here, tested the water, explained how kinetico works, helped determine the best placement, and scheduled an installment right away. Within a week, it was installed! Everything went great! But Todd wasn't done yet. He called me during and after the installment to make sure everything was going as expected. THEN he came to inspect the installment himself! I have never had concierge service like this before! And I love my soft water AND the reverse osmosis unit under the sink for the best drinking water ever! WELL DONE!
