These guys are rip off artists!! The guy came to my house due to low water pressure. I think he knew the problem right away but slowly, very slowly, checked all the faucets, shook the pipes, walk around, and then eventually fixed the problem. It took him about an hour which should have taken him about 15 min. At the end he said that since he was here for an hour he had to charge me an hours labor at $145.00 an hour!!! Not only that, he charged me a $69.00 service charge. The problem ended up being a clogged valve. He removed the valve and put in a straight pipe in about 5 minutes. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use these guys again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
