Ted Douglas and Sons just got done doing my house. They are phenomenal! They came and stared their work. The main man started with a small machine but got it stuck. He and his helper then came in with a big machine and got the little one unstuck. In the end, I am very satisfied with what they did. It works perfectly fine now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
This company and employees are the epitome of customer service. I called them 10-4-15, were there in a few hours, in and out in 30 min., clean! Four months later, plugged again. another call, same out come. Three weeks later, yep plugged again, called, was there fast. Three weeks later, same, same. Sewer line right next to huge maple. The guys did everything right, just bad tree placement, I guess. First visit, $100.00 with 6 mo. warranty. The other 3 visits covered, no problems. They beat all others in price and service (IMHO).
