What a beautiful new facility with the most wonderful and caring staff. Thanks for making every visit comfortable for me and my dogs.

I walked down to my basement, to discover every homeowners nightmare; sewage all over the floor, solids and all. The Shopvac did nothing to unclog the drain, and the snake wouldn't fit, once the water was dealt with. I knew it was time to call in the professionals. Pickles was the first company that came to mind, and I'm glad they did. I set up my appointment, and they were here at my house right when they said they would be, the next day (I had to work, otherwise I most likely could have gotten same day service). It took them maybe 30 minutes to get down to the basement, get it the stack opened, the power snake in, the drain unclogged, and get back out to the van. That's insanely quick service, if you ask me. Not only were they quick, and professional, they were also lively, and enjoyable to welcome into my home. I will definitely be calling Pickles again, if I should ever run into this problem again (fingers crossed), and would highly recommend them to anyone facing the same, or similar issues, in their home.

I called Pickles after my son recommended them when my sewer pipe clogged. I gave the gal my info, had a call back from the service guys within an hour and they were at my door in Ishpeming 1/2 hour later. They looked like working men, nothing pretty about them (sorry guys) but very pleasant. I told them the issue and they got right to work with their machine. After 30 minutes the clog was gone and they explained what they suspected the issue was. Not only did they fix the problem but the bill was less than I thought it would be. That's always a pleasant surprise!
