Did my basement hvac and plumbing in my first home, whole home system in new home and have done great follow up work as needed for regular wear and tear situations. Good People

I had a emergency repair and they responded promptly and fixed it immediately and I was able to keep my business open. Trudell did all the plumbing in my home four years ago as well - terrific job and the crew was polite and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

Excelent; a house I recently purchased needed some in-depth plumbing to de-winterize and test piping systems; apparently, there was some clogging; few faucets had very low water pressure, some of them were not working at all. The plumber took about two hours to clean all the pipes and cap a few leaks. Water pressure is now fine in all faucets, both hot and cold. I asked about replacing some heating items and other questions about setting up a new bathroom; he was polite and seemed knowledgeable. All in all, I would hire again.

They repaired my burst pipes and did a good mechanical job, even though the workmen left a mess behind / didn't reinstall the baseboard covers, and they only half-installed the toilet. To his credit, Matt made a special follow-up trip to finish the toilet work. Subsequently, Matt texted me a couple options/quotes for boiler replacement. When I asked for a formal proposal, he emailed higher quotes than what he texted. When I asked him to honor the texted quotes, he responded angrily, and then stopped responding all-together when I tried to make nice and come to a compromise. Although they did decent work, it's difficult for me to recommend them due to their pricing approach and attitude I experienced.
