Our drain in our basement backed up. Rob answered and came out the same night. He Rootered some tree roots out and advised us on what to use for prevention. Friendly and professional.
Dishonest and waste of time. I contacted him, Robb to install a backflow preventer for my sprinkler system. When we talked through phone, he gave me a quote for $450 out door. When he came in for the consultation, he increased the price to $550 and said he will do it couple days later. Then he told me he will be out for vacation with family for a week so the installation is postponed for another week. When the day come, he showed up without the permit and said he need to increase the cost to $650. Totally a waste of time.

Called them up before 8am, they came out before 10am. I needed a rotorooting, it was an emergency for me. Nice guy. I would recommend.
