Gary came after the major rain we had twice in one week with water damage and we thought it might be from the drain? He came and looked, asked several questions and came to the conclusion that it wasn't from the drain. We were so impressed that he didn't try and scam us by doing work we didn't need and also he DID NOT even charge us a service charge. We were SO IMPRESSED we gave him $20.00 regardless. We will use Plymouth Plumbing and Sewer Service for all our plumbing needs in the future and hopefully we will have Gary again. He was super!!????

My sump pump well was full of water and I had water all over the floor in the basement. I called Plymouth Plumbing and Sewer Service at 8:45pm and Gary arrived within the hour. Gary quickly diagnosed the problem. A frozen check valve and not the pump (I was expecting to have the pump replaced). Gary was honest and replaced only the check valve and the pump started pumping water out of the basement. I really appreciate Gary's quick, professional, and honest service. Thank You.
