Don't purchase carpet here unless you enjoy being stressed out due to cancellations, scheduling issues and subpar installers. Worst. Retail. Experience. Ever. It's very simple, don't promise what you can't deliver and than nobody gets upset. We now have brand new carpet upstairs, with seams that look like they were done by Freddy Krueger. But don't worry, they think they can fix them, just move all of the furniture out so they can restretch and "fix" the issue. UGH! Are you serious? If this gets fixed to our satisfaction without getting lip service and buzzwords from managers at HD, it'll be a miracle. I know they'd be blown away if they had this result in their own home. Oh and by the way, two months later my niece has now had a similar experience. So, apparently this will be the norm going forward. Buyers Beware!!

Installation bad service. No call backs to schedual installation after calling the 1800 number. They will tell you someone will call you back and no one will call you. This happend to me twice just recently and early last year.
