All around excellent service. Started with DTE Protection Plus service provider to total furnace and AC install. Technicians were efficient, thorough, and very professional. Sales staff was knowledgeable with complete answers to all questions. Very pleased with Sun Heating and Cooling.

Our air conditioner went out late on a hot Friday afternoon. We called several companies. Sun was the only one to respond on an emergency basis, sending a technician to our home at 7 pm that evening. The technician, Bryan, was amazing. He knew his job; he quickly diagnosed the problem, carefully explained what was needed and, within a short time, resolved the problem with our air conditioner. He was friendly and personable, and provided excellent customer service. Based on this experience, we highly recommend this company and hope you get Bryan as your technician!

A good friend recently bought an older home and the night before the closing saw issues of concern regarding the furnace. Having personally used Sun Heating for more years than I wish to share, I called Sun Heating the morning of closing, expressed my friends concern about closing and not knowing the issues and Sun was able to come out prior to the closing and fix the problem! Richard Scott is the best tech that Sun H&C has working: he is always prompt, curtiuos, polite and respectful. With many many years of experience, which translates into correct diagnosis of H/AC problems & proper correction; it's a good honest company, I have used them over the last 15 - 20 years.
