We needed to replace our old gas water heater. Tony was on time and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We had some questions while he was here about some piping out of our ceiling and he called someone right then and there and we got our questions answered and a solution. He genuinely wanted to help and did a great job on install.

I explained the situation of a clogged pipe that collects all the rainwater from the house gutters that goes around the house. Tony, a technician from Wiltec Plumbing company came and explained the options for service very well and decided on a course of action accessing the pipe from an open drain. He was able to deploy the equipment immediately again explaining exactly what he was doing. The jet made its way down the pipe and seemed to be working on the clog.
