Best HVAC group out there! Very professional and super helpful! Wouldn’t use anyone else! Over the years they’ve taken care of my air conditioner, furnace and put in a new water heater.

I never thought my 100-year-old-home would or even could be as comfortable as it is this morning after Peter and Nigel installed a central air conditioning unit. Two days of extremely hard work in an old Michigan cellar, and they got it going. I couldn't be happier with the team from Lake Michigan Mechanical. They did an excellent job and were very easy to work with. They also pointed me to a state program that helped finance the project. I highly recommend this company to you.

Lake Michigan Mechanical did an excellent job with duct-work in my home. They were able to get the work done in a timely manner, communicated with me regarding any changes needed and were so friendly and professional! I highly recommend them!

Post from 2 years ago I gave 5 stars- unfortunately I did not get that service in 2018/2019. I changed my review and posted an update below- i was just going to delete my post but Google won't allow me to do that and I don't want to have my name connected to a company that I wouldn't hire again. Work done the end of 2018 into 2019. We had the company out to update our sump pumps. We had 2 installed a main and a pressure backup. Less then 3 months after our "upgrade" our power went out and it was time for the backup to work. It was improperly installed and it flooded our finished basement. Eventually they came out to look at the backup pump and even agreed that it was improperly installed but in the end the company wouldn't fix it to manufacturers manual instructions -we had to hire someone else to fix their work and unfortunately will now have to settle this matter in court. Work done in 2016 i gave 5 stars- Great customer service. Very friendly and they try to do the work for the lowest price possible with great quality. I had called in the am for someone to come fix my leaking shower that was gushing water. It sounded like it could be a simple job and someone was out in the afternoon. It turned out to be a twisted pipe (a bigger job than they had expected). No complaint by the owner, he did a great job fixing it (it is now 3months later) and stayed at the lower end of his estimated cost. The day after the work was done I had a question and left a voicemail. Unlike other services I've dealt with that once they get your money they don't call you back. Dan called me back right away and an answered my question. Would highly recommend.
