After being ghosted by two different independent electricians, I couldn't be happier with Service Professor. Our technician Josh did a fantastic job. He was timely, efficient, and nice. He outlined the solution to our project and some other options that would improve the quality and safety of our home. He broke down several pricing and payment options clearly. The job was completed the same day as our assessment and our home was left clean. Service Professor was by far the most expensive option we looked at, but I would absolutely use them again. The professionalism and reliability of their work was worth it. The job got done and done how I wanted it. Everyone from the electrician to the employees answering the phones were professional and clear with their communication. The run around from the other electricians delayed our project weeks. I'd give these guys more stars if I could.

Steve is friendly & knowledgeable. He replaced my bathroom faucet with no problems, & I am very pleased with the work. He also even installed my new toilet seat, which was a free bonus gift from Service Professor today. He took the old seat, as well as the old faucet with him for disposal. AND left the bathroom clean! Love the little booties the Pros wear! I highly recommend Steve!

Brian was great! He came to do our annual AC inspection and tune-up. And there was some issues that were found, that I was aware of. He was able to get them taken care of right away. He was also knowledgeable and thoughtful. I myself was at work while my wife was home and he was able to answer her questions as well as my questions over the phone. This we both appreciated very, very much! Thank you for going the extra mile Brian it was appreciated!

I love that they had the part that needed replacing. I really appreciated not hearing the "must replace whole unit" speech, despite it being 18 years old. The service plan makes sense especially when you can call one business for all the major units in the home. After signing up for the service plan we had them do the electrical inspection and clean the AC unit. Brian was friendly, very informative, and efficient. He arrived on time and I really appreciated the text and call ahead. So far two experiences with Service Professor and five stars for both times!

Tim Moon is an outstanding electrician. He is very personable and polite. He explains electrical things in an understandable manner. He laid out several options and explained each. He did not influence me, in any way, to purchase the most expensive option. There were several small things and some not so small things that needed to be done. He stayed until almost 6 to finish everything. He cleaned up everything when he was done. I would gladly welcome him into my home anytime. I highly recommend him!
