Rooter-Man

These folks are amazing! I love the friendly customer service (I had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel). They provide you with a 1st-hour rate and quarterly rate thereafter. I have dealt with another competitor in the past (Roto-Rooter) and hated their customer service plus the fact they couldn't give me a solid estimate. The service tech, Jeff, was awesome. He even showed me the tree roots he pulled out of my main drain. The service was fast, clean and friendly. He recommended I stay on top of maintenance and have my roots removed every 6 months to prevent back-up which I will follow-up on with Rooter-Man exclusively. They are definitely my new go-to guys for plumbing needs!
