EDIT: I have now reached out to Tim atleast 3 times since March 20th as instructed by his response to my review. I have left 2 voicemails and had one of his assistants just give him a message from me. I have not recieved any phone calls or communication back from Tim at all. This is not an "acceptable resolution" Mr. Whitney. What a terrible company. Demanded I pay in advance for moving some pipes for a water heater I was having replaced (my home warranty supplied this plumber, don't get me started on why I'm paying for it). After I paid they set the appointment up for Friday morning 8 - 1230. Without notifying me they rescheduled the appointment for 12 - 430 that same day. Now my wife has been home waiting on them to show up all day. I finally called them at 5:30 because they hadn't shown up. They told me he was 30 minutes away and I told them I didn't want them to show up that day and needed to reschedule. I also let them know it was very unprofessional for them to not notify me he was going to be over an hour late. They couldn't even apologize. This is worse customer service than Comcast. Ryan was just rude to me and for no reason. I would never recommend dealing with these people and unfortunately am tied up trying to get my $440 back.
Don't bother calling them. I had an 1:00 Pm appointment, at 1:50 I called them, worker running late, okay. At 3:50 I call back and ask if they are coming, guy on the phone said tech shows in route for an hour (25 minutes away), says he will contact tech and call me back, still haven't heard back from him. I guess professionalism and courtesy calls are right out the window with this company. I would give them a zero minus but system makes me put at least one star, they aren't worth that.
I would not recommend this company! After waiting for the hour and a half window they gave me, I called to see if they were coming. The man on the phone wasn't real friendly but said he would check with the techician and get back with me. 15 minutes later I got a text that just said my appointment with Whitney Electric was rescheduled for 3 days later. No explanation or apology for not coming that day. I called someone else!
actually told us its not his job to find a sewer smell in my house after 3 trips to fix or replace a sub pumpin less then a month
Fast and friendly. The office staff were quite helpful
