Great company and individuals that work for them. Steve not only fixed our leak but also gave some tips and pointers along the way. He was super knowledgeable and was willing to answer any and all questions we had for him both related and non related to the specific issue he was there to fix. We will continue to use Zimmerman and there sister companies whenever we need a professional.

We called Zimmerman early morning and they were able to make a same day appointment on a Friday. Matt was knowledgable and patient with any questions we had and explained what the issues were and what options we had. The estimate was accurate and the work done was exceptional. Any other issues we have in the future I'll be calling Zimmerman for sure!

I don’t think people realize how much BETTER Zimmerman is...than pretty much everyone else in Kalamazoo county. They also don’t recognize the benefits of shopping around and the associated markups that big box companies are trying to pass through to you!! I recently got a water heater(40 gallon) replaced. Home Depot quoted me nearly $2k for the job... Which, because I needed water, I almost went for. Zimmerman completed the task within 24-hours for nearly half the price(with the same product). They didn’t take advantage of the urgency of my request and that’s priceless!!

We were very pleased with the quick response of Zimmerman Plumbing for our hot water heater repair. Matt , the service person, was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of information to help us make a good decision. We will continue to use Zimmerman Plumbing!
