Preferred Plumbing & Heating

I Would like to post a follow up to my review. We were contacted by a gentleman named Dan and he has offered to send someone out to check on the work that was done. While I very much appreciate the gesture I will say that it really won't be necessary. The fixes are being taken care of, and the tile can't be fixed. I understand things happen, go wrong etc., I guess I just wanted someone to be aware. I know it's hard having a "service" business and you will never make everyone happy. As I said prior, I really appreciate the fact the someone reached out, that shows integrity. We will just chalk it up to a "bad day" and leave at that. Thank you for you time. I was not at all satisfied with the repair, which were the pipes under the kitchen sink that were leaking, and replace the faucet fixture, which we provided. A couple days ago I started to paint the inside of the cabinet and to my surprise the pipe was still leaking. I asked my husband about it he said the repairman told he would tighten it, he did not have a fitting with him. Well If he knew it needed a new fitting, and he was coming back the next day to work in the bathroom, I would have thought he could have brought a new fitting with him. This repair cost us almost $900 and now my husband has to purchase a fitting (which he found on Amazon for less than 5$) and replace it himself. When he came back the next day he was in a real hurry to get to another job because someone was working alone. So he left my bathroom in a total mess not to mention breaking tiles in the floor and not leveling the sink back on the pedestal and the caulk broke loose from the wall, so my husband fixed that too. All in all very unsatisfied with the work standard. To some people $900 is a lot of money!!!!

Did an exceptional job when my water pipe burst in my house. Came quick during an extremely busy day for them and was a more than fair price for what they did. Would highly recommend!

Arrived promptly to serve for a quote but took a long time in getting back to me. I did come to them late in the season after getting dropped by a number of others and know that was a factor. I was personally called and apologized to by the owner and had a very fruitful discussion with Matt. I did have to make other plans but would readily invite Matt and preffered back into my home again to see the service and professionalism they are known for. I would recommend them in the future.

Fantastic service! Jamie took care of my water heater and water line while answering my questions. Reasonable pricing and going above and beyond is what you'll get here. I'd highly recommend to anyone. Kim the dispatcher is awesome too. Thank you.

I was able to talk to the owner, Matt, and we exchanged email about a small plumbing problem I had. I was able to solve the problem myself but he provided very helpful info without having a plumber come out and charging. Puts customer first over profits. Highly recommend.
