I wanted to have a back-up sump pump installed along with a whole house water shut off valve installed in a more convenient location. P&H was recommended by a trusted friend. Bob came out and talked with me about all the options available for my job and I ended up asking him to do a number of other necessary upgrades as well. His crew came over and completed my job in one day. The crew were all friendly, efficient and when done they reviewed all the details that I needed to know about the equipment installed. I highly recommend this company.

Our furnace stopped working, and we called P & H first thing in the morning. Pete came out, and repaired our furnace and went above and beyond. After he repaired the furnace, he cleaned it, and gave it a good diagnostic check. He was polite, and very knowledgeable. We always use and recommend P & H, they've never let us down!

They have serviced the heating system at our church for the past 13 years. Excellent workmanship, good communication, each technician involved has done a great job. If you seek good service at a fair price you won't be disappointed with this company.

I Called them to replace the anode rod in my hot water Heater. They sent a plumber (Pete) over who could not get rod out with the single wrench he brought. He told me I needed a new water heater and still charged me 138$ when he fixed absolutely nothing. When I called to complain They Said Thats just the way it goes sometimes. This company is a scam. would never recommend them. They only offered to come back after they read my bad review. They dumped a cup of my bleach into my water heater and turned a knob for $100. I had to argue with the plumber to get the price down. When I spoke to the owner our conversation was basically summed up with “well that’s how it goes sometimes” ...I hope you don’t take pride in treating customers that way.

I have used P+H several times and their work has always been completed beyond my expectations. Their rates are competitive and there technicians are honest and knowledgeable. Last winter our furnace quit and we called another company that said it was dead. P+H came out and it was a $30.00 part. This company has integrity that is rare in todays world.
