Had Goyette replace my central air and furnace a couple of weeks ago. Phil came and did the estimate and thoroughly explained everything.The dynamic duo that did the install was Joe & Cupcake! The entire process went as smooth as possible! All three guys, Phil, Joe, and Cupcake are amazing! The customer service and fair pricing every time I call Goyette is phenomenal! Great company that I highly recommend!
Called and setup a service call for maintenance on the A/C unit. Alex did a great job, the unit was cleaned and inspected it was checked for proper voltage & Amperage. The unit is working good at this time. Alex arrived on time told me what he was going to do and got started and completed the job in an hour. I had this furnace installed by Goyette Mechanical because they provide the best price for a high efficiency furnace, A/C, Humidifier & filter over the other 2 I had quotes from. I highly recommend Goyette Mechanical because of the excellent work they perform.
Horrible experience! Requested a call in regards to any needed work prior to them completing the work. They agreed to this. Then when they showed to work on the AC they just completed work that I did not authorize and billed me for additional things I never would have agreed to. Then when I called in regards to not hearing anything and wondering what was going on I’m told they charged me 350 without any authorization and additional things
On July 20 soaring temperatures my elderly mother had no Air conditioning she called Goyette at 10:45 am Kevin techican was at her door at 11:15 had the problem fixed within a hour Kevin was professional knowledgeable and very efficient!!!! Because of the prompt service and Kevin my mother is a customer fir life!!
The guy came to install my drier vent and i told him my cat was missing and i hadnt seen her in 2 days and she might be inside the new washer and drier. He not only waited to install it but found my cat. I had even called the 911 to try to find her because i was so worried and didnt know who would help me. This guy helped me when the men in blue couldn't. 500 stars if it was up to me.
