If possible I would give him zero stars. Chuck showed up LATE and let himself into my home WITHOUT myself or my husband answering the door. He proceeded into the basement WITHOUT our knowledge of his presence. He interrupted a discussion with another contractor and when confronted he immediately puffed out his chest, got loud, and verbally assulting until my husbands presence was noted. Chuck made it known he wasn’t able to move as freely and limber as would require the job because of recent back injections. When I suggested another plumber he forcefully took steps toward me to which I was truly scared for my safety again until my husband blocked his path. Chuck immaturely and childishly left yelling and refused to finish a job (whether himself or by another employee) for which he has already been paid.
They did a great job for us. Replaced a clogged drain line. They were professional, and friendly. Great price and they stand by their work, won't try to top you off.
