Handyman Connection of Ann Arbor

Manny came and was very thorough and kind. We enjoyed having him in our home. He didn't try to impress us, he just did. He made our wall look like no work had been done at all, and that it was all brand new. It was nice that he got it all done in one day and I was able to leave my house when I needed to at the end of the day. We were on time to our event. He was very efficient, and aware of how much time everything would take.

My Mom is 84 years old and still stays in her home, she requires Home repairs often. She often uses Handyman Connection, and they always do a wonderful, professional job. My Mom's home is older and always require some form of repairs, the prices are always reasonable, the work is always timely and the workman are scheduled for start to finished on time, like clock work.

I just had a project completed involving fixing some holes and cracks in the ceiling drywall and then painting the ceiling and bathroom. Very easy to schedule an appointment online or on the phone. Price was fair! Mark S did the work and was great! He was professional and efficient. He explained exactly what the problems were and how he would fix them in a structured timeline. He did a fantastic job. Super friendly and a great painter!! I would specifically hire him again. Thank you!

My experience was terrible. I had a confirmed appointment, and the guy no-showed. I call the office and they say 'an email was sent out saying we don't have anyone to do this type of work'. Not true. I got a random, confusing email that stated someone had been to my home and was unable to give me a quote...which NEVER HAPPENED. When I made the appointment, I point-blank asked if they did the specific task I was looking for, the woman said yes, and we set the appointment. Never got a courtesy call saying the guy wasnt't comimg because they don't do that type of work. Disorganized! And the guy that took my call could care less. Very disappointed.

Steve Vernier was great. He was professional, timely, and did excellent work. Everything was clean when he left. He was patient and helpful, even as we added more to do. Will absolutely hire him again for any further needs
