Amazing company! Our technician WILL was Amazing, friendly and informative. I would recommend him most definitely. Greatest customer service we have experienced in years from anyone. He was hard working and straight to the point. I will definitely be asking for him in the future for any issues with our plumbing. Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that our technician, Paul Tabb, showed while handling what was a repeat service call at our home. We had some drain issues back in May and the tech that had initially come out got the drain unclogged but did not go the distance that Paul did today! I called Mr. Rooter yesterday and explained that we were once again having drain issues and for what we had paid I didn’t feel we should be having any problems. They were extremely friendly and apologetic and said a tech would be sent out within a few hours to take a look and of course at no charge. Paul showed up and immediately started diagnosing potential issues that could be causing this reoccurring problem. The dollar signs were racking up in my head. At the end of it he says that he wanted to restore our faith in Mr.Rooter and was going to be back the following day at no charge to completely fix this issue once and for all! We are so grateful that we got someone as kind as he was that treated our home as it were his own. Thank you to the company for making it right and for hiring people like Paul.

My technician Roy was a true professional. Came to snake my drain and discovered a rotted line during camera inspection. I had other companies come out to quote the job to make sure price was fair and it absolutely was. Roy went above and beyond by giving me tips to fix other small issues he noticed with my plumbing instead of trying to sell me on hiring himself for the work at a greater cost. Even the woman I spoke with on the phone from the office was very polite and professional. Overall made a negative situation as positive as possible and had everything fixed in a day with a lifetime warranty.

Terrible service. The guy came to unclog my drain and told me I need $5000 worth of repairs. He so called snakes my drain, The next day it was still clogged. I paid almost $400 for a job that was not done. Got a second opinion from other place, they told me I needed no repairs and that Mr. Rooter stole my money cause they did not clean me drain. The new place cleaned my drain and gave me free solution for my drain for a cheaper price. Do not go with this place they will take your money or the person I had did a lazy job. Plus Mr. Rooter offer a 30 day warranty, the other company I went with gave 6 months. Plus the guy for Mr. Rooter was unprofessional. So I lost $400.

The man who worked on clearing my drain was courteous and competent. He wore shoe covers when in the house. He checked his work by having me flush all toilets and running lots of water. The price was higher than I expected because I had a coupon from Mr. Rooter for a $99 drain cleaning. However, I did not call the number on the coupon. I called a Mr. Rooter number online. He came the same day and did the work well so when he said he didn’t take the coupon, i paid $275 instead. Ouch. Lesson learned. He left a cord and I called to report it but it’s still here two days later. Fortunately this only happens every few years.
