With all the struggles a small remodel has been for me, Jeremy Sparrer, TODAY HAS BEEN A BRIGHT LIGHT and a WONDERFUL representative of PROFESSIONAL ability. His plumbing prowess is only exceeded by his natural people skills to turn angst into gladness. His kind comments and shared wisdom made my day! I hope I am able to call on him again as aging 30 yr plumbing strives to take me into another 30 yrs ????

After receiving positive referrals, we decided to use them to install an all new furnace, AC, and hot water tank in 2012. In June of 2017 (just one month after the 5 year warranty expired, how convenient), our AC unit wasn't working. They came out, said there must be a leak, charged the system, and went on their way. One year later, June 2018, same thing. They came out again, charged the system, apparently added "leak stop" then came back in August of 2018 to check to see if the system still had a full charge, which it did. Now, again, June 2019, no AC. I will not be calling them back again to pay for another service call and charge of the system if they cannot find and repair a leak that must be in the system.

after 40 years of service, my house's original furnace finally kicked the bucket a few weeks back. since it just wasn't worth putting $400 in parts into a 40 year old furnace that will just have other parts break down soon, i opted for a complete new one. these guys came out and did a spectacular job replacing it with a much more efficient unit. they were prompt, their prices were competitive with other quotes i got, and they were polite and professional over the phone and in person. i will be giving them a call in the future when my old AC unit eventually dies.

the reason for giving one star is because they might did OK Job when replacing my air condition ( not sure 100% because I only used it for the month of September ) . the last job they did early March for me by cleaning my duct which I paid them 325 dollars of 1400 Seq feet house ( they took advantage of me because of my 4 years old son whose asthma flared up suddenly ) ... what a shame taking advantage of their own customer .... they left many ducts behind with out cleaning, first they said they did not see them !!! and later they were like oh ya oh yes we cleaned them. they left a switch in my furnace off , so it was only giving cold air. it was 15 degree out side , the temperature in the house went down to 59 in 2 hours after they left. When I called them , they said they will send me a technician to the house NEXT DAY and will charge me 150 dollar if it is not their fault ( are you kidding me ??? and would you really trust them any more to do work in your house ) , I had to run to store and buy a heater and I borrowed another heater from my mom to keep my house warm, The good thing I have Gold plan with consumer energy , who they stepped up for me and came very early next morning to fix their mistakes. there is too many heating and cooling companies and definitely this one is not on my list any more. I do not recommend them to any one.

Horrible customer service!! I hate leaving bad reviews, I really do... but avoid this company!!! I had a tech come out to fix a part on our furnace (granted it’s an older furnace), the technician didn’t have the part on his truck and said he would order it and deliver it on Monday. We got a huge snow storm so I knew other customers would take precedence over my part, which is fine because our furnace still ran. However, after Monday came and went, nobody showed up, not even a phone call. I called the office to find out what was going on and after getting the runaround, I finally got a call back from Kelly. I was told that my part hadn’t arrived and that they’d call me when it did. A few days went by and I got another call, I spoke with Mike, apparently the part was never actually ordered... because he said the part is obsolete and that he couldn’t get it! After a quick Google search with the part numbers, several identical parts popped up. I felt as though they didn’t care. If you want to get the runaround and not have the work completed, call this company!
